RYA Own Boat Training
The majority of the RYA Courses can be run on your own boat. The RYA Ratios (Power 3:1 & Motor 5:1) still need be adhered to and the boats have to be suitable for the training and come with a minimum level of safety equipment. If you have booked in any tuition please follow this link to view basic safety equipment which will be needed.
Instruction can be arranged any time that is suitable for you for a minimum of one day.
There will be an extra charge to cover the instructor’s travel from Rhu Marina and you will be responsible for feeding the instructor throughout the training. All running costs associated with the running of the boat the responsibility of the owner.
Cost:
£300per day (+mileage if away from Rhu) + costs of certificates.
