How do I book an RYA Course?
Each individual course on this website has its own booking page with a link to take you to the booking site where you can pay. If you are not sure which course to choose, read the descriptions and the syllabus or course content. If you are still unsure, please get in touch with us.
Booking Terms & Conditions
25% of total fee to be paid as deposit at the time of booking, remaining 75% due 3 weeks before the course starts.
With courses £500 and under, 100% of the course fee is due at time of booking
If the booking is less than 21 days before the course date, full payment is required at time of booking.
A place on the course is not guaranteed until full course fee is paid.
Refunds/Cancellations by customer:
The 25% deposit is non refundable.
75% can be refunded up until 2 weeks before the course. If the cancellation is within 2 weeks of the start date, unfortunately no refund can be given.
Cancellation by You & Sea:
If You & Sea has to cancel a course for any reason, then a full refund will be given.
Late Payment:
All our invoices have a due date. Invoices not paid within 30 days of receipt will have a late payment interest charge set by the Bank Of England added.
Do the courses represent good value for money?
In life you pretty much get what you pay for. We don’t pretend to be the cheapest but the course will be run by highly qualified instructors who are guaranteed to teach current best practice.
