Assessment‍ ‍

  • There is an ongoing assessment throughout the course, which includes practical scenarios and short written papers. The final day is taught by another instructor.

Certificate

  • You will be issued the STCW Medical First Aid Certificate on successful completion of the course

Equipment

  • We provide all equipment for use throughout the course. A notebook & pen will also be provided.

Food

  • Tea, coffee and snacks are included, but meals are not. You are welcome to bring a packed lunch, or there is a shop nearby with takeaway rolls, etc. Cafe Rhu in the Marina is open Wednesday - Sunday.
