For over 10 years now we have been training people to fulfil their ambition to become an RYA Instructor. We are really proud of the start that we can give instructors as they begin a hugely satisfying career.
We run the specialist instructor courses on behalf of the RYA, from our centre in Rhu Marina using our modern classroom facilities. Powerboat courses can be booked on this website: all other instructor courses should be booked on the RYA Instructors portal.
In addition to these, we run the IMO Train the Trainer course which is required for teaching MCA and STCW courses. Bookings for this course can be made on this website
This is a mandatory requirement ahead of the Powerboat Instructors course to test boat handling skills and theory/background knowledge.
